Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
  6. 6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. 7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. 8. Serve hot with roti or bread.
