Instructions
- 1. Soak channa dal for 1-2 hours and drain.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- 3. Add urad dal and chana dal. Sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Add chopped green chili and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
- 5. Add soaked channa dal and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- 6. Add grated coconut and mix well.
- 7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, and season with salt.
- 8. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
