Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add semolina and mix well, ensuring it is well-coated with the spices.
  7. 7. Add water gradually, stirring continuously until the mixture is thickened.
  8. 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. 9. Serve hot.
