Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- 3. Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
- 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
- 5. Add pureed tomatoes, garam masala, and red chili powder. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- 6. Add marinated chicken and cook until it is fully cooked and tender.
- 7. Add cream and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
- 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- 9. Serve hot with naan or rice.
