Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  5. 5. Add pureed tomatoes, garam masala, and red chili powder. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  6. 6. Add marinated chicken and cook until it is fully cooked and tender.
  7. 7. Add cream and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
  8. 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
