Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
- 4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 6. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
- 7. Add enough water to cover the chicken and bring to a boil.
- 8. Reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy thickens.
- 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- 10. Serve hot with rice or roti.
