Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- 4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
- 5. Add the cooked chickpeas and mix well.
- 6. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- 7. Adjust the consistency with water if needed.
- 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- 9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
