Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. 4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the cooked chickpeas and mix well.
  6. 6. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. 7. Adjust the consistency with water if needed.
  8. 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. 9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
