Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and curd. Mix well to combine.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  4. 4. Add urad dal, chana dal, and chopped green chili. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder and curry leaves. Stir well.
  6. 6. Pour the tempering over the rice and curd mixture. Mix well.
  7. 7. Add salt to taste and adjust the consistency by adding a little water if needed.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. 9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
