Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and curd. Mix well to combine.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- 4. Add urad dal, chana dal, and chopped green chili. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
- 5. Add turmeric powder and curry leaves. Stir well.
- 6. Pour the tempering over the rice and curd mixture. Mix well.
- 7. Add salt to taste and adjust the consistency by adding a little water if needed.
- 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- 9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
