Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
- 5. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble them, mixing with the other ingredients.
- 6. Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and mixed with the spices.
- 7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- 8. Serve hot with roti or bread.
