  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. 5. Gently add the hard-boiled eggs to the curry and cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  6. 6. Adjust salt and add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  7. 7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
