Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and curry leaves, and cook until onions are golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. 5. Add fish pieces and cook until they are cooked through and tender.
  6. 6. Adjust salt and add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
