Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour with water to make a soft dough.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the egg and add chopped vegetables, onions, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
  4. 4. Roll out a portion of dough into a round shape.
  5. 5. Spread the egg and vegetable mixture over half of the dough.
  6. 6. Fold the dough over to cover the filling and press the edges to seal.
  7. 7. Cook on the skillet until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. 8. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
