Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix flour with water to make a soft dough.
- 2. In another bowl, beat the egg and add chopped vegetables, onions, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
- 4. Roll out a portion of dough into a round shape.
- 5. Spread the egg and vegetable mixture over half of the dough.
- 6. Fold the dough over to cover the filling and press the edges to seal.
- 7. Cook on the skillet until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
- 8. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
