Instructions
- 1. Rinse the poha in water and drain well. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- 3. Add cumin seeds and peanuts. Sauté until the peanuts turn golden brown.
- 4. Add chopped onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
- 5. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- 6. Add the rinsed poha to the pan. Mix gently to combine with the spices and onions.
- 7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8 Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.
- 9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 10. Serve hot.
