Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the poha in water and drain well. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add cumin seeds and peanuts. Sauté until the peanuts turn golden brown.
  4. 4. Add chopped onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  6. 6. Add the rinsed poha to the pan. Mix gently to combine with the spices and onions.
  7. 7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. 8 Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.
  9. 9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. 10. Serve hot.
