Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add urad dal, chana dal, and cumin seeds. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. 3. Add onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
  4. 4. Add chopped vegetables and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  6. 6. Add water and bring to a boil. Adjust the water quantity based on the consistency you prefer.
  7. 7.Gradually add the semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat and cover the pan. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the semolina is cooked and the water is absorbed.
  9. 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
