Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add urad dal, chana dal, and cumin seeds. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
- 3. Add onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
- 4. Add chopped vegetables and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
- 5. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- 6. Add water and bring to a boil. Adjust the water quantity based on the consistency you prefer.
- 7.Gradually add the semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 8. Reduce the heat and cover the pan. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the semolina is cooked and the water is absorbed.
- 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
